The High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction is the top charity fundraising event in Atlanta, having raised more than $30 million over the last 26 years to support the Museum’s exhibition and education plan. Sally was selected as the featured artist for the inaugural event of High on the Hog. Her sketch was printed onto card stock for the toddlers to color and these unique pieces of art were handed out to VIP guests. The original sketch was auctioned at the event itself with proceeds going to support the education program.
Studio Visit is a series of juried artist books. Since 2008 they have offered artists a new and effective venue through which to introduce their work to a serious national audience of art world professionals.

The Twine & Twig x Sally King Benedict limited edition necklaces launched in July 2018. A curated collection of 100 one of a kind necklaces. Each piece features a naturally shed antler slice that has been hand painted by Sally and designed by Twine & Twig using globally sourced beads. Each necklace is a unique and individually numbered wearable piece of art.
Sally teamed up with luxury clothing boutique, Capitol, in Charlotte, North Carolina to create a limited edition clutch for their 20th Anniversary. Lizzie Fortunato created this unique black leather zipped clutch with an embroidered design by Sally. Only 10 clutches were produced.
Join us Thursday, April 12th for a pop up shopping event with Mi Golondrina! Each item in the Mi Golondrina collection is hand-stitched by talented artisans in small Mexican villages. The brand started with the intention to bridge the gap between the modern woman's wardrobe and the traditions of Mexico.

SKB and Studio Four NYC collaborated to create custom wallpaper for Sally's suite of rooms in the Southern Style Now Showhouse in Savannah, Georgia, presented by Tradition Homes. Starting with the SKB face, Studio Four then designed a large scale mosaic pattern drawing from the lush brush strokes of Sally's paintings.
For a limited-edition collection, Sally teamed up with Charlotte-based Twine & Twig to create a line of 100 limited edition necklaces. Each necklace features a naturally shed moose antler slice, hand painted by Sally and designed by Twine & Twig using signature African trade beads.
The collaboration between SKB and Twine & Twig was mentioned in The Atlantan's January/February 2017 issue.
Sally teamed up with high-fashion swimwear brand, Marysia Swim to create a special collection inspired by an original Sally King Benedict painting.

Launched November 1, 2017, a new jewelry collection with Charleston-based Jane Pope Jewelry. Friends for years, Jane Pope and Sally King Benedict have always admired each other’s craft. During Jane’s travel to Portugal inspiration sparked when she came across roman coins with raised faces. These coins instantly reminded her of Sally’s work. They have come together to create a collection of fine jewelry inspired by roman coins, old-world crests, and the nature of a wax seal. Margaret Kirkland's lively dining room in the Southern Living Idea House featured two of Sally's iconic and colorful faces.
It was such a joy to participate in Trinity School's 6th grade art class for a day. Sally and the students worked on two canvases together that were later auctioned off at Trinity's Spotlight on Art auction.
The classic Club Car restaurant in Nantucket, Massachusetts, was re-imagined in Summer 2017 for the first time in 40 years. Sally was commissioned to create three paintings for their sophisticated dining room.
For the 10th Anniversary of Atlanta's World of Coca-Cola, Sally was commissioned to paint a 4-foot tall Coke-shaped bottle. She was selected along with other area artists to capture Coke's importance in our community. Opening reception was on May 19, 2017 and the bottle will be on display until May 2018.
Sally teamed up with San Francisco-based St. Frank for a limited-edition line of hand-painted trays exclusively at The Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach, Florida.
